Who would have thought that the cable matters? But in this case it is a big improvement

It's a good cable, nice and thicc braided cable. Quality seems great. Please note this caps at DP 1.2, a 1440p monitor is stuck on 60hz at a depth of 8 bit.

If you have a 4K computer monitor that is capable of refresh rates higher than 120 Hz, and you want to take advantage of those higher refresh rates for gaming, you'll need to look elsewhere. This cable will do just fine for 120 Hz or lower refresh rates.
