It is well made and allows you to connect newer monitors to your standard Desktop VGA Cards or never laptops to more traditional monitors. A bit on the expensive side though.

The picture quality is very good, but it should have cost about 30% less to be competitive. If I hadn't been in a spot time wise I would have looked for a more affordable option.
