Wanting to get the best, Chris a Customer Service Rep. came to my rescue so I purchased the Insignia 4 Lightning USB Charge and Sync 2 pack cable. I was very pleased with my purchase. To my surprise one of the chargers stopped working March 19th. However I walked into Best Buy and saw Chris who took care of my problem and the cable was replaced. No problems! Great work Best Buy!
