I needed to exchange a charger because I picked the wrong size when I told the young Lady. So I came back and a very nice gentleman helped me find the correct size. He found a pack with TWO chargers AND I got a $6 refund on the price. Very satisfied with both people who helped me.

I purchased this Insignia 4 foot Lightning to USB Charge and Sync Cable for my Apple iPhone and iPad. The length is perfect and the cord doesn't get twisted. I have always been impressed with Best Buy and the staff. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. And during the pandemic they did a fantastic job of servicing their customers. Their efficiency during this time period was stellar. Thank you, a faithful costumer.

Looks to be a very durable product. Not too short like the standard cables but not crazy long either like some others. Handles both style charging blocks.

Needed a new USB charger. Bought the Insignia 10 foot cord. It works great & so far hasn’t kinked up! I recommend this charger cable!

Durable cord fast charge good quality doesn’t tangle

The 10 foot length makes it easy to move a little when you're still plugged in and the braided cord makes it very durable. I will probably buy another one for a different room...

I try to buy cables that are not junk. This seems to be a cable that is not junk. Insignia cables have been recommended by Best Buy employees before and they have held up well. So far (about a month) this one has done the same. Cheap cables don't always las that long. So, I'll go ahead and recommend this one. I don't recall, but I don't think it was the most expensive...we are slowing moving out of the world of lightning connectors, so I didn't want to spend any more than I had to, but I didn't want junk either. It could be years yet before we dump that iPad.

Great cable. Nice upgrade from standard apple cable and the length makes it nice to plug and not have to reach for the phone.

I needed a longer cord to use when actually using he device, and this one works fine. I also wanted one that wouldn't break at the connector so chose this braided one rather than a plastic one, and it seems sturdy; I have another braided one that is much skinnier and lighter. I like it better.
