The package looked like it had been already opened and one of the cords looked like it had been already used. Used that one and it lasted about 3 wks. 2nd one lasted 2 wks. Returning for a refund.

I am no longer using this product as it does not charge my device. When plugged in, it says "not charging." Thus, I've gone back to my 5 foot cord that I was using prior to purchasing this.
