||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a durable cable with a braided nylon exterior that makes it pretty tough and unlikely to wear out. It's notably thicker than an Apple cable, and the plastic around the Thunderbolt connector is also notably thinker than the Apple cable, which may be a concern for some phone cases. These cables also have a very common feature found in non-Apple Thunderbolt cables in that the connector itself has straighter corners and a is a fraction of a mm longer, which makes the cable not fit snugly (at least in iPhone 7 and earlier), particularly if the port is a bit dirty.
