Overall I’m happy wit these. I got the 10’ and their almost too long. Would buy again.

The other, even with careful connecting and disconnecting is already starting to break connection when I have my phone in my hand and move it at all. FRUSTRATING! I buy the braided cord type because they are usually more sturdy and these looked great and still do, but I added pics of the one that is causing the problem, cause you can't see any damage, but obviously there is a problem....

I’ve also had to purchase the Mophie charger several times—as they also just stopped working (see photo). I have a subscription for repairs but will it cover returns of these items? Dr. Hattie N.
