    I had previously purchased at a Best Buy store the insignia 4 foot Micro USB Charge & Synch Cable to use with my smart phone on NYC Express buses (which now have a USB port by each bus seat) and I was very satisfied. I wanted to purchase a longer cable for use at home and away and the Best Buy store associate suggested the 10 foot product.

The Best Buy Customer Services (Phones) Respresentative knew immediately, precisely the Motorola recommendation for returning to fast, efficient and full battery charging capabilities.     This replacement charging cable for my phone works very well. It's made from durable components. It charges a lot more quickly than my original one ever did. Also the sales associate who advised me was very honest. I could have purchased an entirely new charging cable, but he told me I didn't have to and directed me to this item.

    i needed a charging cable in an emergency. i went online but accidently ordered the WRONG one ...best buy curb side staff helped me find the exact cable and i was very satisfied with the Insignia micro usb carge cable. the price was right and i am glad to be back in business. highly recommended thanks a bunch
