Easy way to extend a VGA cable

Found the 10' extension, and ran with it. Now I have even more wiggle/adjustment room with the 10' extension in addition to the original cable.

The computer is about 6 feet away against a wall and the desk is in the middle of the room. The hdmi wirelss adapter did not produce a consistent connection and I had to often wait for it to reconnect. I didn't want to use an hdmi cable because they are so thick and expensive so I bought an hdmi to vega adapter for the computer and ran the long vga cable (much smaller diameter) to my monitor.
