    I have all of my computer needs plugged into this protector and I haven't had any problems. The power cord probably stretches half the length of a wall, so you don't have to be too close to an outlet.

    Didn't know that surge protectors could quit working after a year or so of protecting against electrical surges. This one seems to be working just fine. I'll replace it sooner this time before my router, etc gets fried again.
