The external speakers are so low and soft that unless in a sound room with ZERO external noise will be a disappointment. I purchase 3 such players for use in a hospital for my 28 year old son with Cerebral Palsy and only one of the 3 was acceptable

I charge it but it can't run without connection to a wall outlet. It's only benefit is that it is a complete device that can fit anywhere - but must be connected to a source of power to be of any use.

(goes black) never came back. It was a present. By the time she opened it expirations set in. So upset never took it back cause it’s such a hassle. You expect things to work, especially when it’s a gift! Embarrassed. Looks cheap The buttons dont work well. My bad.
