I needed 2 though for a specific date. 2nd one came in about 10 days later so I did not pick up. When the store shows it has 2 on hand and only can locate 1 a call should be made to the customer that the item has been located and would they still like to purchase.

It is very convenient to move around. However, it is too big. It comes with a remote control that I have yet to figure out how to use.

Even with the volume turned all the way up and it sitting on your lap, it's not loud enough. Other then that, I like it.

However, I communicated via an on-line chat regarding my concerns about what video formats that work on the portable player. I specifically asked if 4x3 (1.33x1) formatted films can be played without any video distortion. The person I chatted with said it was possible to play classic films originally formatted to the 1.33x1 proportion--sans any distortion. However, that is not true. So, I had to find another player to view my classic movies without the terrible "horizontal stretch" that these films receive when viewed on the Best Buy branded product. I was, to be sure, disappointed--as the Insignia has great picture quality. And the sound is quite good considering it's a portable.
