As it was a gift for someone who has hearing issues I decided to return it. Best Buy was excellent at handling the return.

The unit works well, simple, easy. But the image/screen quality was so very disappointing. The image quality is low it feels like you are back in the early 90s and that in itself is scary, right? Not worth the money, or the anticipation.
