    The picture is clear, but the sound is horrible. When I watch tv, I know, not the same, I have it set on 5-8, depending on show. With this player, I have it on the highest setting, 20. I have the player about a foot from me. I feel like I wasted my money.

    This was a Christmas gift. It stopped working after about 6 months. It says no disc no matter what I do. Customer service is of no help. The only thing they offer is to bring it in to be assessed, which given the current situation is of no help to me. So basically I have a dud and I've lost my money.

    I bought this unit to play along while driving long distance (2 + hours on a stretch.) The sound quality was poor, even when I turned it to maximum sound. It serves the purpose in a most minimum way. It was inexpensive so I guess I shouldn't complain.

    The Player is fine and work good it the Remote that has not from DAY ONE

    This is junk. I bought two. Both had the same problems. They would stop in the middle of the movie or click off and go back to the beginning. Sometimes the movie wouldn't start at all. They did this on several different movies so the problem wasn't the DVDs.

    This portable DVD player was ok but it didn’t come with usb or SD capabilities. For the price paid I was sure these capabilities would be included. Needless to say I returned this item.

    Scratchy sound came through the speakers despite headphones being plugged into the unit. Item was thus returned for a refund. DVD cover had to be slammed down on the unit to keep it from re-opening.

    Bought this for long road trips so it wasn't used often so I expected it to work much longer. It doesn't recognize discs anymore. Very frustrating. Will never buy this brand again, especially at the cost that they are.

    we bought this for a trip, but was very disappointed when we went to use it and it did not work. we returned it, but was unable to get another one as they were out of stock. so no dvd's on our trip. bummer. it probably would have been a good buy if we had not gotten a broken one.

    after reading good reviews, I purchased this but had to return it because of skipping - gave it a second try and bought the same unit again - skipping also - maybe I just have bad luck - returning second one and will try a different brand

    I'm very unhappy with this product. Bought a unit twice and neither one works. Planning to return it for an exchange again and buying a different product.......one very unsatisfied customer!

    I had to return this player to the store for a refund because it didn't play my home made disk with photos and music on it. Something about the format being incompatible.
