When I watch tv, I know, not the same, I have it set on 5-8, depending on show. With this player, I have it on the highest setting, 20. I have the player about a foot from me. I feel like I wasted my money.

It says no disc no matter what I do. Customer service is of no help. The only thing they offer is to bring it in to be assessed, which given the current situation is of no help to me. So basically I have a dud and I've lost my money.

The sound quality was poor, even when I turned it to maximum sound. It serves the purpose in a most minimum way. It was inexpensive so I guess I shouldn't complain.

They would stop in the middle of the movie or click off and go back to the beginning. Sometimes the movie wouldn't start at all. They did this on several different movies so the problem wasn't the DVDs.

For the price paid I was sure these capabilities would be included. Needless to say I returned this item.

It doesn't recognize discs anymore. Very frustrating. Will never buy this brand again, especially at the cost that they are.
