The picture quality is really good, but the volume could be better.

The Insignia - 10" Portable DVD Player is an excellent buy! Picture quality is great, the controls are very good, and it is very durable. We purchased it for our son with Down Syndrome, who can be pretty rough on his electronic equipment, but this has stood up better than any others we have owned! I highly recommend this DVD player.

The only problem with the device is that the volume is much too quiet and my 81 year old mother could not hear, actually much to quiet for me as well. Bought a very cheap speaker and used it in the headphone jack and that worked but really the volume should be able to be much louder

My old DVD player stopped reading discs so I found this replacement on clearance and was pleased by the upgrade for my basic watching needs. The remote has more options for rewinding, display and pausing among other features. It can even turn off the backdrop of the player from a distance. I only wish this DVD player had an on/off feature from the remote or an auto shut down instead of having to flip the DVD player on or off manually.

I really like this dvd player. The picture is clear and the sound is good also. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The price was great!

This player has the best picture of any portable DVD player I've seen. The audio is another story. The level is extremely low,even with headphones. This is especially true of Dolby encoded disc's. Battery life is good as is playback.

Love this. Just what I needed. I mainly wanted it to use for long power outages but I’ve been using it even when the power is on so I can watch a movie up closer to me. I really like it. It has very good picture and the sound is very good.

Exactly what we needed to keep the grandkids occupied traveling. Works with headphones so no battling volumes in the car. They could put in whatever movie they like whenever they wanted. Simple to load and operate. Plugs in to car so no worries about battery running low.

Bought this for the boys to use. They use it almost daily and we have had zero problems. They also like to hook it up the the TV when they both want to watch the same movie. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a nice small dvd player

I bought this DVD player for my 7 yr old daughter for school. This player has been perfect and convenient to use on the go. She can work the controls on her own. I can tell her what lessons to put on and she can go and get started on her own. Love this player.

I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter she loves it cause as she says she can watch it when she wants to. It only took a couple of times showing her how to load a movie and she figured out the rest. Amazing how easy she picked up on using it.

This DVD player is great! It’s a bit larger and heavier than I liked, but has a large sized screen and very detailed highly pixels graphics. Long cord to connect to plugs for charging. Battery life is standard for portable DVD players, at about two hours.

Gave as gift to my mother after she was displaced from hurricane Ian. She loves being able to watch her favorite videos.
