This shredder replaced a smaller one that cost $10 and lasted 15 years! But it is a perfect size, works really well handling successive shreds - we just put our hotel "keys" from a recent stay in the slot and it ate them up. We re-use the bag inside to carry contents to trash - very convenient.

I have used it many times and not one issue. Make sure you buy the shredder oil to keep it lubed or the paper lube. I use one sheet after every time I am through doing alot of shredding

This smaller shredder was exactly what I needed to replace an older one that just ‘up and quit’ on me. This one does a great job in ‘mincing’ papers down to nothing. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Better than my last shredder being a 10 sheet cross-cut shredder. I did buy the paper and oil to keep blades sharp. I have shredded alot of paper and so far it hasnt overheated. Would recommend to others.

This is the second Insignia shredder I've owned and they are great! This one is actually better than the first one I had. It has a strong motor and shreds a nice amount of sheets quickly at one time. Would definitely recommend.

This shredder is wonderful. When using this shredder it is very quiet when shredding and It shreds your paper quickly.

I am very happy with my new shredder. It is quiet, with plenty of room in the bin, and best of all it handles up to 10 pages of paper at one time.

Nice and compact unit for a small office. Highly recommended for those small shredding chores. 10-sheet is a big help so it doesn't get bogged down with simple envelopes or documents. Money well spent.

So far so good. Much better than what I looked at at another store where the buttons to operated the machine were all broke and pushed in. Cheap garbage. This product is heavy duty. I've saved 3 paper bags full of papers to shred and I do it everyday. Worth every dime I spent on it. Buy it!!!

I received the paper shredder a few days ago. It was packaged well and was not missing any parts. It was an open box. I really saved money by buying an open box. I also used rewards to pay for most of it.

The Insignia 1--sheet Crosscut Paper Shredder works great. It cuts paper sharply as well as my outdated cards and old CDs. It's quiet and efficient. The crosscutting ensures that your papers won't be able to be pieced back together. A must buy for home and small office shredding.
