Very durable and doesn’t heat up as much as I thought it would have. Small and easy to put under a desk or behind a piece of furniture to keep it hidden.

It was the second shredder I purchased of the same brand and type. The first shredder’s switch began not responding (I would switch it to “fwd” “rwd” and it would not respond all the time, just sometimes), it eventually stopped working all together. I traded it for another one and after 10 days it began doing the same thing. So I returned it. That was the only issue I unfortunately had. Ms. Tshara allowed me to return it before my 14 day return was up. She was very kind and professional.

No jams, no overheating, no problems at all. Shredded credit cards but haven't tried CDs yet

I had thought to replace it with the same brand but BestBuy didn't have it, so I "settled for" this one. Thank you, BestBuy! I love this Insignia shredder, so easy to use with the handle on the motor section l can simply lift it away from the bucket, no mess or hassle! Plus it takes up to 10 sheets of paper.
