Functional but too heavy and awkward when emptyin!

My problem with it is that you have to lift off the very heavy top to empty it and it is hard to handle as heavy as it is! It also makes it rather messy when yo take the top off and such much paper is still attached to it and drops small pieces of paper everywhere! I would not buy it again!
