    Used it the first time today and so much better than my previous shredder that cost more. The cross schredding makes it impossible to decipher anything. Added feature with the window so you know when to dump and a handy handle to lift the hardware out.

    Paper shredder works wonderfully, my only negative, the internal guard/guide it has for the paper to go into, i dont think its needed. It makes it a little difficult to feed continously
