Not the model that was shown on the Best Buy webpage, and this was the very last shredder in stock at the Glen Allen, VA store. However, both the design, and operation, have been fantastic for me! Simple operation, and easy to quickly empty by lifting the entire top off via the handle. Large view window a plus! Already used to securely empty 7 financial records boxes thus far! Saves $$$ from not shredding at the office stores!

The cross schredding makes it impossible to decipher anything. Added feature with the window so you know when to dump and a handy handle to lift the hardware out.
