Not the model that was shown on the Best Buy webpage, and this was the very last shredder in stock at the Glen Allen, VA store. However, both the design, and operation, have been fantastic for me! Simple operation, and easy to quickly empty by lifting the entire top off via the handle. Large view window a plus! Already used to securely empty 7 financial records boxes thus far! Saves $$$ from not shredding at the office stores!

It literally tells you it doesn’t do more than 10 sheets at a time but I don’t really follow instructions like that! This little guy is amazing really makes you wonder what would’ve happened if Donald Trump had one of these… Maybe he wouldn’t be facing jail lol

Dislike — small capacity basket and not as easy to feed as previous shredder. Use as personal shredder at home. Recommendation — it’s O.K. but a little light-weight even for home use.

IT'S GOOD AND WORKABLE

It was working good at first, but did get jammed, I tried both forward, then reverse, but it didn't get all small slices of paper out and I had to use a butter knife to get rest out and then it started back working again .
