Have not tried the max number of sheets to be shredded, but as smooth as it runs it should not be a problem

Good shredder for the price

My suggestion get a bigger shredder, but works great, but not for the amount of shredding that I have.

It will take staples and you don't have to put the paper in perfectly straight. It will guide it in. Perfect for our home or even a small buiness
