I did have a problem with it smelling like it was over heating, but he light never came on, and the next time I tried it, it would not run the paper through the machine. This may have been a fluck, but I did get another one just like it, since I had purchase the protection plan I got it replaced.

Bad customer service, good product.

I have had no problem with it and it is quieter than I thought it would be.

Shredder not working anymore

On 04/15/2025, I decided to use it, and it was working good. I took a break to cool it since it was getting hot. I tried to use it again, and the turn on knob stopped working, it is very loose. I hardly use this shredder since I purchased it. I advice others to not get this shredder, if you want it to last you for more than 2 years. For the price I paid it should've lasted me much longe.
