Since i have it i'm not scared anymore about my personal information everything is cut.

If you turn it off each time, be sure to wait about 10 seconds after turning it on. Then the shredder will grab the documents. When I take the top off to empty the bucket, a few pieces of shredded paper does end up on the floor. I did like my previous one better - could just pull the bucket forward to empty.

For an office setting I wouldn’t recommend. After shredding a few items back to back you can definitely notice that the motor is labored and takes longer to feed and shred documents. As far as plastic cards, staples and paper clips it makes lite work of them. Very happy with this purchase as it meets my home needs.

I gave a shot to this shredder. The cuta from this shredder is much smaller than I anticipated. No more concerns of information leak. Happy with the purchase.

It has not jammed and does what I need it to do. It holds a good amount of shredded paper and I like the window to see how full it is so you don't have to lift the top off all the time to see the amount. Easy to use right out of the box.
