My old printer started working so I took this one back. I must say I have always had good experiences wit BB product and will get this shredder when old one dies permanently. Also note printer was on sale the other day

For the price the shredder is good has a small run time of several minutes do not use a full 10 sheets and don't just throw envelopes and stuff in there if you're going to shred mail open the mail up and shred the documents that are inside the mail also if you're doing multiple pages I would say it's probably say five to six pages anything more the shredder will sound like it's working a little bit too hard so I would recommend also after each use using shredder oil could probably pick up a bottle for about 10 to 12 bucks well worth it we'll keep it from working harder it should make it last a little bit longer but overall for the price what could you expect unless you're willing to spend $250 to $400 for a really good one you can shred Staples and credit cards I have not tried a CD or a paperclip but I can't really complain all in all it's a good value for the price but definitely not good for big shred jobs

This shredder does the job well and handles pretty much anything you throw at it, provided you follow the instructions. Also, the cross shredding is definitely a bonus when it comes to shredding sensitive documents.

I like the fact that it’s quieter than my other one.

The paper shredder works quite well. It is does not take up lots of space. It is easy to use, both in terms of controls and the ease of emptying the shredded paper into a paper sack for recycling. The window in the front makes it easier to see how much shredded paper is in the container. The only negative (how be it slight) comment I have is that the shreds could be smaller.

Good value for the price of multipage shredder today.

I’ve had this paper shredder for a few years and it still works like a charm. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fairly cheap shredder.

I decided on the Insignia shredder after researching several brands. It does a great job. It shreds into tiny pieces compared to my old shredder which only cut in one direction. It is very sturdy and I like that you can view when the basket is full. I purchased this shredder for personal use.

I purchased this for home use. It shreds quietly and well. The size is compact and does not require much space. The feature I like the most is that it has a handle to lift the cutter off the receptacle.

Good product, it works great, I have a great quality of paper to grind every day and it does not fail me, I recommend this guaranteed product that will eat all your papers without burning.

In spite of the low price, this shredder looks handsome and professional, not gadget-y. I was also impressed that it cross-cuts the shreds, like confetti. It's a little noisy, but it's my first shredder so I don't know what's normal. When it's not shredding, it's silent. Very satisfied with this.

This Shredder does just what is states. No problems with usage yet. The handle on the top helps to remove it from the bottom for emptying.
