I must say I have always had good experiences wit BB product and will get this shredder when old one dies permanently. Also note printer was on sale the other day

It is does not take up lots of space. It is easy to use, both in terms of controls and the ease of emptying the shredded paper into a paper sack for recycling. The window in the front makes it easier to see how much shredded paper is in the container. The only negative (how be it slight) comment I have is that the shreds could be smaller.

Quality Shredder!

It does a great job. It shreds into tiny pieces compared to my old shredder which only cut in one direction. It is very sturdy and I like that you can view when the basket is full. I purchased this shredder for personal use.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the price was exactly what I paid for the 2010 model. My new shredder has several improvements & works great! Thank you Best Buy! Courteous & efficient Service too.

More than I expected

I was also impressed that it cross-cuts the shreds, like confetti. It's a little noisy, but it's my first shredder so I don't know what's normal. When it's not shredding, it's silent. Very satisfied with this.

I’ve shred a lot of paper and even cards and this thing can really keep up. I like that it’s a cross shredders so all the information on my documents is destroyed.
