The only issue I have with this particular unit is that the auto function does not always shut the unit off after it is done shredding.

Had an old cheap shredder that would stop working because it was to hot, after about 10 minutes of use. This shredder is awesome!!! Have been shredding for 3 days (cleaning out old files), and still working without stopping!

Easily shreds multiple sheets and also had no problem shredding a credit card. The pamphlet that came with the shredder says the handle lets you easily lift the head off in order to empty the waste basket, but there is no handle on the model I was sent. That's the only negative issue I have with it. Otherwise, it's doing the job.

However, when shredding 10 sheets, the motor drags down. This is the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. Shreds 5 sheets at a time really good and shreds credit cards good.

Anything more (depending on paper thickness) seems to be a bit much for the unit. Definitely recommend for a small household or office — not a business who might need to use it more frequently.
