Works well. After 6 years our old shredder gave up and we went with this smaller unit and it works well for the price. I like to window so we can see the filling level.

I like the fact that it’s quieter than my other one.

Good paper shredder. Handles what I need without bogging down

It is so much more capable than my previous shredder! So glad I no longer have to remove regular staples before shredding. And the crosscut shredding makes it much safer from anyone wishing to steal my information.

What I was looking is a Shredder with reasonable good space for the shredded paper. I looked into several models and brands, and this one the first on my list. Happyly it was in stock. Simple, you plug it, set it in auto and you are done. Motor feels powerful although, and when running a little bit noise too - but that's ok. The window on the front of the can let's you know when it's full of paper and the controls on top gives you all you need for any situtation. It is supposed to handle 10 regular letter sheets. I tested it and it was able to crunch 14 of them, but of course it was just a test. There is a nice handle on the top when you need to remove the Shreeder motor from the can. And overall, in spite the nice can size, it's still compact. In summary, for the price it's great.

Works great, make sure you buy shredder oil with it! Best buy online pickup was great, easy and they gave me a couple days to pick it up. Will order online again!

Works great for a smaller shredder. It does not hold a lot but kept up with a backlog of shredding I had.

Bought as a replacement couldnt be happier with its performance however would like to see them get quietier.

Very nice shedder, cuts up the sheets into small pieces. Works great!!! You can shred 10 sheets at a time, you can shred the staples or paper clips, so you dont have to remove those items to shred your documents. Best buy is the BEST.

To date, this Shredder has preformed as Best Buy claimed it would. No problem sherdding multiple sheets.

Great shredder. The onlty thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is the opening for the papers is very small. You have to put things in the slot just so or the shredder will not grab the papers

Love this shredder!!!!! Had an old cheap shredder that would stop working because it was to hot, after about 10 minutes of use. This shredder is awesome!!! Have been shredding for 3 days (cleaning out old files), and still working without stopping!
