The supposed 10-sheet shredder jammed on a six-sheet load and never worked again. Equally disappointing was the store's refusal to replace the machine. I couldn't believe how snotty the "customer service" clerk at the Christiansburg store was. Couldn't make himself even look me in the eye. Now I'm searching for a factory address to try for satisfaction there. Label says it was made in Vietnam. Hmmm.
