Not quiet but does the job!!!!

New Shredder

However, we do NOT like the "power/auto/reverse" switch. It is very flimsy. So we are keeping the switch in the "auto" position and only plugging the shredder in when we are using it. Somewhat disappointed. I would recommend, if you like shredding the "daily junk mail". I also recommend emptying the shredded contents out of bin, once a week, so as not to create stuck paper damage to shredder.

Temperamental shredder

Paper Shredder Works Great!!

Working from home and was accumulating papers to add to our fire pit so now I can sit and shred as I need to and not have to worry about personal papers sitting around for lengths of time.
