Shredder - periodically doesn't clear blades

My issue with this shredder is that I put through pages individually and after 7-9 pages of shredding, the shredder starts to 'bog' down. The way to clear it is to run it in reverse for 9-10 seconds then to put a page through the shredder. ( I do use the lubricating sheets, but they do not solve this problem which is also documented on other websites in reviews.)
