I do not like the way it works. I am used to having shredders for decades. this one gets jammed quite a bit. It says 10 sheet crosscut but it doesn't do well with more than 5 or 6 sheets and the shred is large. I would not purchase again. It works just okay for me because I have had better. I switched brands this time.

I'm not sure if the unit was off balance or the motor/lid was not completely set. Used it today and had no issue so I'm still in "wait and see" mode to determine if I really like it.
