    This shredder looks just like the picture. I do not like the way it works. I am used to having shredders for decades. this one gets jammed quite a bit. It says 10 sheet crosscut but it doesn't do well with more than 5 or 6 sheets and the shred is large. I would not purchase again. It works just okay for me because I have had better. I switched brands this time.
