My cats go running for the hills every time I use it. So each use is very eventful. Also I was sad to realize there is not a pull out option for the shredded paper, you have to remove the top and dump the paper out to remove it. So each time it gets a bit messier than needed in my office space. Other than that - it does the trick!

This thing is much better than my old one. Went thru a years worth of documents in twice the time. I tried 1 cd just to test it. It was slow, but it chopped it up!
