The container can hold good amount of shredded paper. it is just what I need for my home office.

They either shred paper (and my wife's credit cards) or they don't. She's not very happy with how efficient the shredder is, but I love it!

Best Buy is our go-to store for all things electric/electronic!!

Request resolution: exchange or upgrade to working shredder. Disappointed in Best Buy's handling of issue. Poor customer service Best Buy and trying to push membership fees. In order to exchange. A defective shredder would never purchase from this company ever again.

I love the auto-feature where I can shred items anytime, not to be use with little kids around. The 10 pages is a bit much on the motor, I would recommend 5 to 7 pages at a time.
