I love the auto-feature where I can shred items anytime, not to be use with little kids around. The 10 pages is a bit much on the motor, I would recommend 5 to 7 pages at a time.

If the bucket is filled too full, it has a tendency to jam making it hard to get working again.

I like that you cannot jam your finger down the shredder and the little window to see the collection level. It is a pretty good device.

My last one if I put two pages in it it slowed down, moaned groaned and got hot. Put multiple pages in and cut up cross cut for safety fast and easy. Great Buy.
