    We were in need of a new shredder. This one works well enough for us. The only thing that I would change are the switches. I have arthritis and the switches are a bit hard to move.

    Overall a good product, however, tends to get jammed when I use less then 10 sheets of paper. It clearly states on the box and instruction booklet in product that up to 10 sheets can be shredded at one time

    The only reason for the 4 rating is that I have not tried to shred a CD. It is a great home shredder. It does shred up to 10 pages but really struggles at the 10 page maximum. The container is easy to empty and there aren't a lot of paper shreds that fall out unless the container gets too full.

    Cuts paper work super quick and clean it is safer protected so kids can't stick fingers in it. This was helpful as my kid thought it was a fun project and would put the papers in just to watch it disappear

    Good crosscut shredder. It cleanly shreds multiple paper copies without too much of a mess! Handle attachment and portability ate positive characteristics. Also it is very light weigh and easy to store!
