Paper clumps together and gets stuck in shreading mechanism. Can't do more than 4 sheets at a time ir it jams.

Only thing we don't care for is emptying the basket---the shredding seems to cling to the basket and you have to wipe it out with paper towels. My old shredder emptied everything and didn't leave a mess to clean up.

The first one I bought didn't even work and I had to go back to the store buy another one this was April of 2025. Guess what?! It's DEAD AGAIN!!?! The light comes on but nothing happens just like the first one. Highly disappointed that it was the only option in store and it didn't even last a year :/

So great I had to purchase one for our home. Love the fact that I can shred old credit cards.
