This is the third shredder I have purchased; they were from other places but I had to return them all after a week or month for breakage or the blades being stuck. I am very pleased with this one and consider it a great purchase. It shreds smoothly and swiftly. My husband died a year ago and I have much paperwork to shred. After reading all the reviews, I decided to try this one and after using it for a month, I am very pleased with my purchase.

An Economical and Good Paper Shredder

It works efficiently and shreds paper, CD's, and Credit Cards. You do not have to remove staples from paper. It has a window on the front so you can see how full the shredder is. It's a good value for the price.

We looked at other models, but they had a smaller bin and lower sheet capacity. When we started using it, I noticed that it was quieter than the unit it replaced and it seemed to shred a bit faster.

Glad I went for it. It didn’t jam up even with a fairly large amount of documents to shred. Doesn’t take up a lot of room. Definitely worth the cost!

I cant say im a "shredder enthusiast" if such a thing exits but everything that i throw at this shredder it handles easily except for the one time i tried throwing a pretty thick brochure in but that is definitely my fault lol. that should be a testament to how well this thing holds up so far though, i reversed the magazine out and went back to shredding instantly.
