Even after eventually clearing the jam, the shredder no longer works. A lot of money down the drain.

Just Not Sturdy Enough

Then . . . the slide control at the top broke. I can still use the shredder but I have to plug and unplug it to turn it on and off. Also, without the slide control I have no access to the reverse feature.
