Great appliance for the money

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have several issues with this machine: 1. the basket the head sits on is TOO light. the head makes it top heavy 2: the basket needs handles so the whole unit can be lifted and moved 3: shreds tend to accumulate in a wad on the underside of the head. It requires removing the head and digging out the wad of shreds. There is a strong possibility of cutting ones fingers on the blades.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.strong but "auto shred" doesn't shut off until way after paper thru. (unnecessary noise) Also, if the auto button is not positioned properly it won't shred (you have to play with it)

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 2 of these units now, Nether will not detect smaller single page paper such as post it note size, or snipits such as removed data or addresses that should not be trashed (recycled) with sensitive information, rather than shredding the entire document/page vs recycling.
