I use this to shred mail, receipts, etc... I use it at home for everyday use. It works GREAT!! I've even shredded cd's and credit cards with ease. I've only owned for a short period, so I'm still curious as to the lifespan. As for now, it's 5-star in my everyday home use.

This shredder does all the job as described. Well designed, with safety in mind (automatic switch off). Not very quiet but I can't compare to other shredders. Very good purchase for the price. If you can spend more get the stronger one, that will cut thicker envelopes. For the price this one is very good.

Worked great for shredding old documents i didn't want to burn or toss away. Filled two garbage bags over two days of shredding. It would overheat at times, but if you turn it off for 3-5 mins you're set to go again

Good product for the price. Easy to use and install. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has minimal shredding requirements. It does not have micro shredding but can shred credit/debit cards, which is a plus.

This product was very useful. I had to shred alot of personal Information. It did over heat a few times but thanks to my warranty I knew I could replace it. I haven't yet.

works well. I've just tried it with paper, which is my purpose. i've had it a month & it hasn't jammed or broken. It's the right size for my needs. Also the color fits in well with my decor. all in all, I'd say it is just right for me and I appreciate the sales people's help in steering me to the correct shredder.

Just saw this and realized it is about four years old now and still going strong. Great value for the money. I wouldn't purchase for high volume as it can get hot. I am medium volume and it works just fine.

Our 50$ Walmart shredder died about a month ago. She lived a good life, but the papers where piling up and we needed to find a new family shredder. We searched walmart, we searched staples. But for some reason couldn't find our forever shredder... finally the papers where at an unbearable state and it happened to be prime day, so I bit the bullet and ordered this beauty. From The moment I watched my friendly puralator man struggle to carry the box to my door, I knew I was in for a special treat. As I unbox our new family addition I was surprised at the sheer power she commanded. 15sheet cross cut... I mean, I'll follow the rules. But it's an understatement. Anyways. We couldn't be happier with sharky the shredder. The papers are gone.

Works very good, Quite noisy, pretty powerful, small bin. I have only tried 4 sheets at a time and it only lugs a little, but it keeps on going strong. More than 30 minutes of use and no overheating yet. a very good shredder for a great price

works well ,i use for light duty, does shredding of plastic charge cards, the shredder does not take up a lot of room, crosscuts are mall in size for security.

Its a 6 sheet shredder and it does just that. It also works shredding credit cards as well. It's not super fast, so if you have to do shredding in large volume, then you might need something more powerful. But for light duty work, this is more than enough.

My wife and I really like this shredder. We have gave it a fairly good workout and so far so good! We liked the fact that it is reasonable priced BUT the thing we like the BEST is it takes bags!!! We have a $200 one that doesn't and it is PAIN to empty it!!! This one is perfect for our second office area.

While this shredder is small in size, it is useful for a single person such as myself. It overheats rather quickly which is the only downside I have encountered thus far. It is sturdy and reliable, nonetheless.

I bought this to replace a Fellowes that died. This little guy is fairly small, but sturdy and hard working. Quickly shreds, easy to use controls, and I love the handle that eliminates the normally awkward lifting of the top to remove the bin. Very happy with this purchase!

This shredder was one of the less expensive ones and it still works very well. I like that it shreds the paper in 6 directions to make sure it's fulfilled its purpose. I also like that the center is made to also shred credit cards.

I was looking for a paper shredder that was very lightweight and affordable. This was the best solution for me. It takes care of all my documents that I needed anymore, with its compact size I am able To place the shredder anywhere in my house. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a small affordable paper shredder.

I am very happy with this shredder. It shreds thicker papers than my old one and is able to handle big jobs. My old shredder would shut off during big jobs and wouldn’t work for 20 minutes this one keeps on going. It’s easy to use too! I’m so glad that I purchased this model!

This shredder does a fine job of shredding junk mail and credit cards. Its only negative is to be careful not to try a shred to thick a letter it may jam, although it has a reverse so you can back it out.

I bought this shredder to make life easier .... and it has! It shreds paper quickly and easily! The only advice is: don’t put more than 6 papers at a time. It did get jammed and I had to pull the papers but other than that, I would recommend to others.

purchased this shredder for bills and junk mail. Works great for occasional use. They claim it will do 6 pages at once, I usually do 2-3 otherwise it doesn't seem to cut all the way though the papers. If you are a procrastinator and let your junk mail/bills/ misc paperwork stack up before shredding this machine will frustrate you. If you do too many pages at once it will not punch all the way through them. And after about 15-20 min of constant feeding this machine the overheat light comes on and you have to wait for the motor to cool down. I knew this machine was light duty when I made the purchase which is why I still gave it 4 stars. For the average user that doesn't need high capacity, and doesn't need a piece of paper turned into a million tiny pieces this is your machine.
