I have purchased this shredder at a Best Buy store on 9/22/2020. I like it being light weight, easy-to-use with a capacity of shredding six-page document all at once. I have tried to use it once and it worked great. The price is unbeatable.

I purchased this product just for in home junk mail shredding. Works well. Occasionally jamming but nothing major.

I choose the Insignia 10-Sheet after doing a comparison with the others on BestBuy.com. I got it for an older relative and she has no problems using it and emptying the bucket. It is a good value and I paid a little more for the extended warranty. We plan on getting a lot of use from it.

Purchased almost a year ago and still going strong. Shreds very good. I get alot of junk mail that I shred. Great bang for the buck

We use this every day to cut the clutter! It gets a lot of use and handles the load well. It gets hot, but that is to be expected.

I love it I ordered this small insignia shredder it works great and the perfect size for my office it doesn't take to much space and it works great very happy with it love it so much .....thanks for such a great deal ....mrs cruz

It is a good product for the price. Does what it says, doesn't overheat quickly. My only issue was with the store. The one I purchased was already used and was dirty. It's a far drive for me so I didn't bother to exchange it.

This is a good shredder but after about 20 minutes it overheats for continue use have to wait 15 minutes before using again

This item is decent for lite shredding jobs. It does tend to over heat with mild use and does take a while for it to cool down. Over all, not too bad, but not great.

I am very happy with this buy, build quality is so good and working fantastic. I am using this for garbage unwanted mail box document with personal information and garbage old working documents etc.. Machine speed is fast enough and into this price range its great value of machine.

This shredder shreds 6 pages as promised, except you can't use it for more than 10 minutes at a time. When it overheats, I have to turn it off for about 5-10 minutes and it will be good to start up again. Overall, this shredder is good for the price and the size, if you are looking to do small amounts. We keep it in our home studio and don't have many papers to shred at a time. We really just got it to shred junk mail and pages that have our personal information on them. As a side note, I just don't understand why in 2016, there isn't a shredder that is slim, lightweight, reliable and powerful, all at the same time.

It's the first time I had used a shredder and I must say that I haven't run into any problems so far even after cleaning my whole studio of all the extra papers that had to go(and that was by no means just a few papers). The shredder is very powerful, has a good size and I am enjoying the auto setting.

I have had this shredder for a little over a month and it has held up strong. We were moving my mother-in-law out of her home and shredded a garbage can full of miscellaneous papers. This shredder did a great job and never jammed once.

I bought this online and was surprised at how small it was when it came. I is stronger than the larger shredder that is dying on me. So far this shredder has handled everything well and takes up little space in my garage. We just have to empty it more often which is no big deal..

Good paper shredder in general. Not so great when used to shred in bulk or high volumes of documents as it starts to jam. Great for low volume paper shredding

A shredder is a must in any home nowadays. We get so much junk mail with personal information. I got tired of stacking them up and having to tear them by hand, so I decided to purchase the Insignia™ - 6-Sheet Crosscut Shredder. I have to say that this is one of the best investments that I have made so far. The shredder is a bit loud, but it gets the job done. I did notice that with the better quality paper (which is a bit thicker), the machine gets a bit slower if trying to feed 6 pages at a time. So far, that is the only issue that I have had with the Insignia™ - 6-Sheet Crosscut Shredder. I would definitely recommend this shredder to anyone.

Over the past six years I've used a number of different brands of paper shredder. This one is the very best I have come across. It has not jammed, nor has it failed to shred any of the reams of old documents I have put through it since I purchased it.

Purchased for our vacation home to have an addition to the office. Works well but just a bit noisy. We do not shred large amounts of documents so this inexpensive shredder fills the bill Would buy again

This shredder works great! I've had others that tend to jam or take so long to cool down, but this can shred up to 10 pages and I haven't had any problems with it. It is a little loud, but I'll take that over a shredder that jams all the time.

The shredder is compact and light weight. Its speed is more than adequate. Was happy with the value for the price. The only very small issue for us is the top is not flat like the one we replaced.
