I don’t use for work. So small is good. I did a tremendous amount of shredding during this pandemic and by not abusing (letting it cool down). Worked perfectly

We tend to save paperwork for way too long before getting rid of it. It did two full bags worth over two days without over heating and shutting down. So far so good.

Good low-cost shredder option. We've been very satisfied with it. Very easy to use.

Was able to clean up office of personal document ya both paper and thicker paper. No jams and easy to clean.

Great little shredder that can handle all of your shredding needs including cards and up to 10 sheets of paper. The only drawback is the container is small and to empty it usually ends up making a mess since you have to lift the shredder off the container to empty it and there is tons of shredded paper still stuck at the bottom of the shredder. No real way to effectively clean all the confetti out.

Bought this as a replacement for my dead Black & Decker crosscut shredder that cost around $70 a couple of years ago. Didn't get much use out of the Black & Decker in terms of actual shredding before the motor went bad. I've used this so far for everyday use, including destroying a couple of expired credit cards. All feeds have destroyed the material with no problems. Just be sure to not overload it with thickness as it can't handle much. I usually put two pages maximum thickness whenever I shred but still try to just do one at a time. The fact that it's a crosscut shredder is great since this same type is what was used to destroy classified material during my time in uniform...peace of mind comes with that knowledge for me. Pick it up. It's working great so far.

This is a great basic shredder that doesn't take up too much space. It definitely meets the need of my home office. It's not particularly good looking and louder than expected when shredding, but it does it's job. 10-sheets are truly the max, the unit works best for casual shredding here and there--if you're planning on shredding a library worth of docs, you're gonna have a bad time. You can also expect to drop a little shredded paper on the floor when you're trying to empty the thing, but it's nothing to lose your temper over.

shredder is great for what you pay for. didn't want anything to fancy. this does it job. it had the tendency to overheat but that's if you want to shred over 200 pages in one sitting.

Works well for small our household shredding needs. Will shred credit card with ease. Struggled a little bit with 6 papers but will cut it.

It is a good product with that price. It is working fine but it is too loud and noisy.

It does EXACTLY what I got it for and take a reasonable amount of documents at a time. Easy to clean out the shredded papers. It is perfect for a modest home office and personal use.

This does over heat, and you'll wait awhile to use it again. But for the the price and its paper eating ability, I like it.

I wanted a simple inexpensive shredder to use for the incoming mails. The Insignia was a perfect purchase. Simple, small but big enough to do the job. It became so accessible. Great price too.

Shredder works well for light home use but can handle more than typical shredder. Will get hot if you have a lot of papers successively.

This shredder is decent for the money. Its sturdy blades can shred multiple sheets at a time, and even credit cards. Cons: It overheats somewhat easily and takes a while to cool down for use, and sometimes paper shreddings get caught in the blades. A decent option for light use, but if you need something for heavier or more constant use, look at other options.

A very good shredder at a reasonable price. It preforms well and has not jammed.

I purchased this shredder to replace one that had finally given up the ghost after a few years. I purchased this one as it was priced well. It is a lot more quiet than my previous model. My only issue with it is the size. It doesn't take much to fill it up. So if you are someone who shreds a lot, I would look for a larger model. However for anyone who doesn't shred daily, or a lot of paper, it will work well for you and can definitely recommend it.

Great shredder. Love the little window so I know how much room I have left to shred. Using it to shred the credit cards is the best - I have always used the scissors to cut them up but using this shredder makes it way easier and love how the papers are shredded small - way smaller than my last one it left long strips this one doesn't. I have even shredded small plastic papers with my info on it and was surprised how it shredded so easy. I have used it three times since buying it and filled up three big bags - no problems or issues with it at all.

I have shredded paper documents to the point that you could never read what was on it. I have also shredded cardboard and CDs and DVDs. All in all it is a good product gets the job done for a good price
