Never failed me! I am, admittedly, very careful with my machines, never over-excerting them, nor using them, for other than their INTENDED purpose!

Excellent shredded. Just don't try to put too many pages at once. I put 2-3 usually and no issues. Also cuts the paper in security sizes.

I like the power of this shredder and the window in the front showing that the bin is full. I don't like that it is very loud. It also stays running longer than it needs to.

Worth the price. The little wheels and easy to grab shred storage bin make this shredder worth the price. Best shredder I ever bought. Also, handles large numbers of paper just fine.

After much online research I think I just clicked on the wrong shredder to order. It worked well, received it quickly and the return was effortless. I just shred too much paper for this one to work well for me. 4.5 gal. would be sufficient for home personal shredding but not for me.

This shredder is fantastic. We had a lot of paperwork to get rid of after my father passed and this little beast took care of the job. It shreds the papers so small. And the fact that it does CDs and credit cards is an added bonus.

For the money I was pleasantly surprised. The Insignia 10 sheet microcut does a great job. For a shredder it's also pretty quiet. I would recommend buying this product.

I needed a new microcut shredder and feel confident in my purchases at BB. This has a CD slot for shredding which, to me, is outdated. Who shreds CD's these days? I would not pay full price for this item. I got it on sale which made it a keeper.

Bought this as a replacement for a shredder that we had for the past 5yrs. Great product. Works wonderfully with no hesitation. Love the auto shutoff, and deep bin capacity. Highly recommend this product.

As my summary states. This shredder is exactly what I needed for my goal. It shreds all my old checks and any personal paperwork that I don't need anymore. And it's not as loud as people seem to say it is.

It does everything it says including CDs credit cards and 3-4 Pages more than what the box says, price is much better than fellow

I had this exact same shredder for over five years until it finally gave out. It worked soo well for so long that I replaced it with the exact same item. Best shredder ever.

I bought this shredder about a month ago and I am very happy with the results. My previous shredder used to get clogged with paper but this one is a smooth machine. I highly recommend it.

Great place to shop. Best Buy is the place to shop for anything you can think of that they offer. I know i'm in there 3 days a week at least.

Does an excellent job shredding. Calling it a 10 sheet shredder is generous; be cautious not to overload. Also has the heat/overload protection kick in after about one bin’s work - and it takes its good-natured time resetting. But for $150, whaddaya expect???

It overheats quite easily and frequently. Too many pauses before the actual job itself can be done. Not quite a fan of it. I'm a bit disappointed by the product.

It is very fast and can do lots of sheets at a time, It shreds up nice and small pieces. This is a nice Quality product. I would tell every on this is the shredder you would love to have. Thank you for good Quality product.

Shreds paper to confetti size pieces. Not a high volume shredder but will cut up two/three pages at a time. Will jam if 1/4" thick or larger envelopes or, more than six sheets paper is fed into it
