This is a good micro cut paper shredder, it turns paper into confetti makeing it impossible to read anything important on it. If you try to cut 10 sheets at once it sounds like the motor has a hard time handling it, l would do 5 or less at a time.

These days you need a paper shredder more than ever. Insignia is Best Buy’s in house brand. I got really good value for a low price.

I have had this little machine for over 18 months and use it frequently. It works consistently every time and though it will occasionally stop mid-shred, the Reverse button is always an easy fix and I just back up and load a few less sheets.

Cons: Makes a bit of a mess when bucket needs to be pulled out. It overheats faster than expected. Pros: good for light duty. Makes micro pieces. Relatively quiet compared to last one i had

I used this when I was cleaning out my garage. I had totes upon totes full of paper. Had to sort for recycling and for shredding. It did a great job for me.

This is a very good schredder for the price especially as it can schred up to ten papers and with the slide out bin that can accommodate a plastic trash bag makes very easy disposal.

Haven't had it very long, but have not had any issues with it. It's much quieter than my last shredder and takes more sheets at once.

In order to get rid of so much junk mail I receive on a daily basis, I had to buy me a good powered shredder. It's just what I was looking for!

This shredder is by far the best one I have had over the past number of years. Micro cut feature is very well designed,and woukld recommend to users.

It’s too early to tell if it will be 100% sufficient. I have only used it twice. When the mails get back to normal after Covid I’ll use it full strengths.

Very pleased with this shredder. Especially the noise level! Yes, you do have to empty carefully to not have a mess, but this isn't the first shredder we have had to do that with, so no big deal!

Great shredder for home and office. Mainly use it for junk mails other companies keep sending. But it exceeded my expectations expectations, highly recommended.

I’ve had a bad history with shredders where they either jam up or burn out over time. 1 month in and this one is still working just fine.

So far so good! First time buying the Insignia brand product of anything. It seems to be working great. Let’s give it a couple of months. But....for right now I’d have to give it a thumbs up.

I absolutely love this shredder. Works great! It can shred up to 10 sheets of paper or 1 credit card or 1 cd. Very east to empty the paper shredding.

The feature that I particularly like is the see though window in the collection bin that shows when it’s full so you don’t have to keep opening it to check the level of debris.

This shredder is an upgrade over my Fellowes Powershred W 11C. Quieter and with the microcut blades. It does shred slower because of the microcut and takes less sheets at once.

I reviewed several paper shredders at other stores and decided on this one. It does a great job and I have had no problems with it. It was in stock at my local Best Buy store and the salesman was very helpful.

This shredded is great. I haven’t had any jams. The noise is comparable to most. The compartment comes out easy making it quick to dump out. And I really like that it’s on wheels!
