    I used this for a prolonged session of shredding. The overheat feature kicked in which stopped the machine before it could become inoperable.

    I manage a small office, so i handle a lot of confidential information so when I saw how well the shredder work by making paper into tiny pieces I was amaze at it's power still I would recommend people to buy the protection plan which is like $20 you never know what might happen
