I’ve had shredders in the past and my biggest problem was they were very noisy and they overheated after feeding documents 10-15 at a time. This shredder is awesome and it’s very quiet .

As far as overall size. I was a little setback from it not being larger. But it handles the shredding with ease. Easy to move around with the wheel attachments. Definitely a great buy for a home offfice.

The shredder works great does what it says I can shred more than 10 papers and it doesn’t get jammed or stuck in anyway I would recommend this to Everyone

Can handle shredding credit cards or multiple sheets of paper. Safety feature great if you have kids. Better price than Walmart and got an even better deal using my Best Buy points/coupon. Great deal!

Got this to replace the older insignia shredder that broken down after 6 years. This shredder is really nice, quiet and haven't had any issues with jamming yet.

I have bought a number of cheaper shredders over the years but I'm glad for once I spent a bit more and got this model. The best thing for me was the small size of the pieces after it shreds. It was so easy to dump the contents out into a garbage bag and have no fear of anyone putting together personal information from my documents. The auto shut-off works great and I was impressed with how well it shredded even thick junk mail without having to open the envelopes. The added roller wheels is a nice bonus I did not think much of at first but has quickly made storing it and pulling it out a breeze. I would recommend this shredder (and I have already) to others.

I bought this shredder to replace a ten year old shredder that died. I'm very pleased that this one is much much quieter than I'm used to, and shreds the paper into very small pieces, not strips.

I love my shredder! It shreds dvd's/cds, credit cards, and paper! It never jams, and it hardly ever over heats, unless I am shredding A LOT of stuff all at once.

I purchased this shredder to replace another shredder that was no longer functioning properly. This shredder uses micro shredding and shreds paper and other items into finer pieces than my old, diamond-shape shredder. So far I have not had problems with overheating of the unit.

I was shopping around for a large size shredder to replace our old one that died. I didn't want to go smaller but this particular shredder has good online reviews and was on sale. I must admit I really like it now, for its smaller compact size and weight. It shreds so thin that emptying the basket is now less often. Credit Cards and Staples go right thru it with no problem. I've used it a lot since my purchase and it hasn't jammed up or overheated at all. This shredder is worth spending the money on.

I bought this to get rid of boxes of old documents. I shredded for up to an hour at a time for a total of 5 hours. Only had to reverse a document once and ran continuously for more than an hour at a time with no overheating. It basically worked itself out of a job as I won’t have to do that much shredding for a while! Would definitely recommend this shredder. For the record, I have no affiliation with the makers of this product and paid for it out of my own pocket.

Performs better than expected. CD,s, old credit cards, junk mail... you put it in the shredder and it's destroyed. I love the cross-cut design. Easy to empty and the overall size is perfect for the home.

I was looking for a crosscut shredder for all the mail and sensitive papers we seem to collect. I shred anything that has our names and address on it or any mail that has ANY personal information in it at all, including all that junk mail offering loans and credit cards. My wife has had her identity stolen before and we are extremely cautious about private information. We've been using this shredder for about 7 months and it does an excellent job shredding up to 10 sheet of paper at a time into rice size particles. It also shreds credit cards and CDs.

I love this shredder; it handles most jobs easily. Rarely overheats unless I'm doing a clean out of files, then I just use an lubricant pack and its happy as can be..and back to shredding.

This turned out to be better than I expected a very easy and somewhat quiet shredder. I like that you can remove basket without disassembling the top.
