This shredder does what the specs say it will do and has a great price compared to other shredders. If I had it to do all over again I would still buy this shredder; I got my money's worth.

It was too expensive for what it actually does.

First of all it micro-shreds paper and second, it destroys unwanted CDs. I always remove staples before I shred, and of course I empty the bin frequently. This keeps the machine in top condition.

I am finding that the feeder slot is narrower than a lot of the junk mail we have been getting. The mail seems to ball up, but the shredder wades right through it.

Its a bit on the small side and I can't help but shake the feeling that extended / continuous use will break it, but so far so good. It has a separate slot for cd's / credit cards. Can't tell you the last time I needed to shred a cd, however, lol, but nice to have the option, I suppose...
