The product also doesn't shred credit cards or ID's well either!, it only cuts the cards into thirds and really doesn't shred them at all!!!.....(nothing like diving into the shred pile to finish cutting up the credit cards properly!!).... No point in even trying to shred CD's!!! Bad Buy at Best Buy!!!
