The first shredder got so jammed it was repairable. Was told that I Had ins so I had a replacement shredder! I only had to pay the difference. The person who helped me was great.

I was very worried that the new shreddar would not be able to completely do the job. But this product worked very well.

WE were getting rid of a lot of old documents and it did an excellent speedy job,taking a lot less time than we planned

As other people had indicated, it is a good shredder but it shuts down after 4.5 minutes. It has to cool down which takes a long time and then you can use it again.

It's rather soon to make an accurate assessment of my purchase, but since you insist; it appears to be Cutting Edge...pun intended.

I already own this shredder and wanted to give such a great shredder to my sister. She also likes it very much.

Small bits of cross-cut paper sift out into container on wheels with fairly good holding capacity. Best when inserting one paper at a time; most I've gotten it to do without overheating is 3 sheets at a time but the shredding is then slower. Different place and cutters for cd's. Can shred 100+ sheets before needing to "rest".

Never been more secure when having the feeling tagat all those papers are shredded into the tiny of pieces.

Took a chance and bought the option that was listed as "Condition: Open Box". The box arrived in horrible condition, but the shredder itself seemed to be ok safe for a few scratches. Unfortunately the shredder doesn't turn on and I can't return it... Will never buy an "Open Box" again.

I had to shred a lot of papers. I had this for 4 months and it couldn't handlenthe work. I went with another brand.

Best Buy only sells this one brand for paper shredders. This brand is definitely not the best. I would keep looking for a different paper shredder somewhere else

Perfect size, perfect capacity, perfect performance. What else can I say. I recommend buying this shredder.

Only issue is I placed a credit card in the disk slot and I do not know what happened. Waiting until I have a disk I want to shred to learn if I have a problem.

I purchased this shredder to replace one, of a different manufacturer, that had a burned-out motor. Even though it is rated to shred 10 pages at the same time, it must be 10 pages of newspaper or tissue paper, because pushing 10 pages of regular printer paper is impossible. However, all shredders are overrated in this way, so I expected it. I limit it to 4 or 5 pages max.

Looking for quality shredder for wheels. This fits the bill. Highly recommend based on shred pattern.

When I got home, I opened the the box and set up the shredder to see it's quality, the shredder jammed with 5 pieces of paper. I will return it tomorrow, due to the poor quality of the machine

This a great micro cut shredder. You do not need to empty the bin so frequently. It would be a perfect 5 if it is an automatic shutoff when not in use.
